Every service, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning, is priced with a fixed quote rather than a flat rate. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, access, materials, and service scope, and is confirmed with you before booking. Add-ons and specialist work outside a fixed quote are billed at our standard hourly rate of AED 180 per hour.

Bedroom count does not show the full size or complexity of a property. Room dimensions, total floor area, bathrooms, kitchens, majlis areas, staircases, balconies, condition, and access all affect the labor and equipment required.

Published packages cover standard-sized properties. Oversized bedrooms, majlis areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces may be calculated as additional equivalent rooms or priced by total floor area.

Travel within 15 km of our operational base is included. Locations further away may have a travel charge, which is confirmed after you send your location pin on WhatsApp.
