Included Scope and Exclusions
Move-in / move-out prices assume the following at the time of quotation:
- Empty or substantially empty property
- Standard internal cleaning scope with accessible cabinets and surfaces
- Standard condition, with no post-construction residue
- No removal of tenant belongings or rubbish
External yards, facades, boundary walls, pressure washing, water tanks, septic tanks, high-level windows, and construction-residue removal are not automatically included and are quoted separately. Villas exceeding the stated standard floor-area limit are repriced based on total floor area and estimated cleaning scope.
Quotation protection. Prices are based on the property size, room quantities, condition, and cleaning scope declared at the time of quotation. Oversized rooms, additional bathrooms or living areas, heavy contamination, excessive contents, construction residue, paint, cement, adhesive, specialist access, or other undisclosed conditions may require a revised quotation before additional work continues. Photos or a walkthrough video are required before confirming fixed villa prices.

A move is the easiest moment to refresh sofas, mattresses, and kitchen internals. Add them to your move-in or move-out clean and skip the standalone visit cost.

Attached rates apply when the service is added to any booked cleaning visit, because the team and equipment are already on site. The AED 180 standalone minimum does not apply to attached items. Empty-property moves are ideal for carpet and mattress drying time.
